We focus on renovations, in which we can alongside the owner do demolishing and deconstructing work ourselves, during which we develop the architectural project. We get intimate with the building and build professional and personal relationships. This allows the owner to discover a new dimension of his house and for the architect to spend less time drawing to take decisions. It is along the lines of Patrick Bouchain’s «Permanence architecturale», but instead of living its hands-on working. In the last year and a half, the consequences of the Corona pandemic have fundamentally changed our forms of living together. How do we want to and will we live together in the future? These artistic and technological areas are united by a conscious personal transformation of young people from consumers to actor and its emancipatory approach: «I can do it myself».
